Need a delicious dinner fast? We’ve got you!

Here’s the recipe:

  1. Head to your neighborhood Lunds & Byerlys and pick up 1 package L&B Yellow Rice, 2 packages (½ lb) L&B Gyro Meat with Beef & Lamb, 1 package (⅓ lb) L&B Falafel, 1 package (¾ lb) L&B Mediterranean Cucumber Salad, and your favorite tzatziki and pita bread. 
  2. Heat as much of the yellow rice, gyro meat and falafel as you want to eat, according to the package instructions. 
  3. Divide the rice among 1 to 3 bowls and top it with gyro meat, falafel and cucumber salad. Drizzle with tzatziki and serve with sliced pita bread. 
  4. Leftover ingredients can be stored in their original packaging in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
