Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream
dessert is such a treat! If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the pineapple
on a grill pan or a panini press.
Start by coating
slices of pineapple with coconut oil. Place them on the grill or grill pan and
cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from heat. Serve with a scoop of vanilla
ice cream. Optional toppings: cinnamon, caramel, fudge or sea salt.
