Grilled Peach-Pork Sandwiches
Pick up a Kalbi Marinated Pork Tenderloin from our meat department and make these easy, sweet-and-savory pork sandwiches for dinner tonight!
- Start by heating your grill to medium-high. Arrange the tenderloin on your grill over direct heat and cook, covered, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 160 F (around 18-20 minutes).
- Transfer pork to a platter; cover with foil and allow to sit for about 10 minutes before slicing into thin slices.
- While the pork is cooking, halve peaches and brush with melted butter. Grill over direct heat for 3 minutes on each side.
- Top buns with sliced pork and sliced peaches. Serve with your favorite kettle chips.
