Tummy Tamer Banana Mango Probiotic Smoothie

wellness, shares her favorite tummy tamer smoothie recipe!

This belly balancing blend is
loaded with ingredients that help support healthy digestion and calm an upset


  • 1 ½ cups Lifeway Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
  • 1 cup frozen organic bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ cup ice cubes (as desired for thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey (optional to sweeten)


all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Start blending on low, then
gradually increase speed to high. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy

Plan ahead and let your organic bananas ripen completely for fullest flavor,
then peel, cut into 2-inch pieces, wrap securely in plastic and freeze
immediately. Pieces will keep in the freezer for about a week before turning
