Flatbread with Serrano Ham, Peaches and Gorgonzola
This salty-sweet appetizer looks impressive but is incredibly easy to put together. Delicious paired with a chilled glass of rosé.
Preparation time: 25 minutes
2 pieces L&B Tandoori Naan
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 ripe peaches, cut into slices
4 slices Serrano ham
2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons basil, sliced thinly
Handful of arugula, for serving
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Brush each piece of naan with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
- Top with sliced peaches, ham and Gorgonzola.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil and arugula.
