Easy Blueberry Tarts
These tasty little Blueberry Tarts are wonderful served with a cup of coffee after dinner!
To make them, start by heating your oven to 375 F. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 2×2 squares. Fold the corners of each square into the middle. Add a dollop of your favorite flavored cream cheese to the center, along with a handful of blueberries. Brush the dough with an egg wash (an egg mixed with about 1 tablespoon of water) and bake for 12 minutes.
