Dessert idea: Dark Chocolate Dipped Cherries
Cherries are in season right now – and what better way to serve them than dipped in dark chocolate?
Start by melting dark or semi-sweet baking chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Then carefully dip each cherry in the chocolate and set on a baking sheet covered with waxed paper. Put in the freezer for a few minutes to set the chocolate and serve.
