Cranberry Cinnamon Superfood Spritzer

A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail for all ages! Cranberries are a superfood rich in vitamin C and manganese and cinnamon is a superfood that contains antioxidants known to support immune health and inflammation.

Preparation time: 10 minutes, not counting time to infuse juice with cinnamon

Ingredients
1 (32-ounce) bottle Knudsen Just Cranberry Juice
1 jar Lunds & Byerlys Cinnamon Sticks
1 ½ to 3 tablespoons agave or coconut nectar
2 (25.3-ounce) bottles San Pellegrino Sparkling Water

Directions

  1. Place 8 cinnamon sticks in a bottle of Knudsen Just Cranberry Juice. Cover with lid, shake and then place in refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Shake cinnamon-rich Just Cranberry Juice and pour ½ cup into a large glass.
  3. Add about ½ to 1 teaspoon agave or coconut nectar to each glass (depending on how sweet you like it). Stir to combine.
  4. Add ¾ cup sparkling water, then fill with ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks that were in the juice. Stir and serve.
