Chicken Sausage & Pepper Skewers
This simple, family-friendly dinner is ready in 30 minutes!
- To make, heat your grill to medium-high. While it’s heating, soak wooden skewers for about 20 minutes so they don’t burn.
- Skewer chunks of your favorite Lunds & Byerlys Smoked Sausage (available in our meat department), alternating with chunks of bell peppers. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times to ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
