One bag Lunds & Byerlys 26-35ct cooked shrimp
L&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning
Plain Greek yogurt
- De-tail the shrimp and cut each one into three pieces.
- Add the shrimp to a bowl with 1 tablespoon of ourL&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning. Stir to coat.
- In each tortilla chip, add a dollop of the Greek yogurt, one piece of shrimp and one cube of avocado. Top with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and a glass of Prosecco.
