This week’s happy hour combo

Take cheese and crackers to the next level with Burrata.
This Italian cow’s milk cheese is filled with cream and bits of unspun
mozzarella, which creates a soft, rich center that oozes out when the cheese is
cut.

It’s delicious on crackers with an olive tapenade and a
