Cajun Grill Pack

To make this flavorful foil-pack meal, start by quartering red potatoes. Bring a pot of water to a boil and parboil the potatoes for 5 minutes. Remove from water.

On a square piece of heavy-duty foil, add the following:

  • Raw peeled shrimp*
  • Chunks of Lunds & Byerlys Andouille Sausage
  • Corn on the cob, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • Red potatoes, quartered and parboiled (see above)
  • Onion wedges
  • Lunds & Byerlys Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons water

Grill over medium-high direct heat for 30-40 minutes, turning once.

*If using cooked shrimp, add shrimp at end of cooking time and heat until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes.
