Balsamic Peaches with Tahitian Vanilla Gelato

Here’s a great way to enjoy all those delicious, juicy peaches available in stores now!

Slice about 8 ripe peaches into wedges. Put them in a medium bowl and mix with ¼ cup Lunds & Byerlys Balsamic Vinegar. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then spoon into individual serving dishes. Top each with a scoop of Lunds & Byerlys Tahitian Vanilla Gelato.
