Appetizer idea: Wild rice summer sausage
This appetizer is super satisfying – a great addition to any party! All you need is Lunds & Byerlys smoked wild rice summer sausage, available in our meat department; and some smoked gouda, available in our deli.
Just slice up the sausage and serve it with bite-sized pieces of the cheese. Pair with your favorite crackers and Ingelhoffer Sweet Hot Mustard for dipping – look for it in our deli.
Delicious served with a Brooklyn Brewery Brooklyn Lager.
