Appetizer idea: Grilled Corn Guacamole

Turn homemade guacamole on its ear with grilled corn!

Start by grilling 3 cobs of corn over medium heat, rotating every three
minutes. Once it’s cooked, cut the corn from the cob.

Next, peel
and pit 6 avocados
. Smash the avocado and mix together with the grilled
corn, along with the following:

  • 1 seeded
    and chopped jalapeño
  • Handful
    of chopped cilantro
  • Juice of
    one lime
  • Salt and
    pepper to taste

Serve with Lunds
& Byerlys Tortilla Chips
and Loon Juice Hard Cider.
