Lunds & Byerlys Brand Champions
Brand Champions are individuals who demonstrate remarkably high levels of care, compassion and commitment to creating a sensational shopping and working experience. And they consistently deliver on our values and mission and are involved in the communities we serve.
Each year, since 2012, we’ve asked our team to submit the names of their coworkers that they believe are Brand Champions. Based on those nominations, we determine our finalists and invite all 4,000 of our team members to submit comments and stories about the finalists. The comments are reviewed and discussed by our Brand Champion selection committee to determine each year’s winners.
