Pepper Jelly Cocktails
Think pepper jelly is just for appetizers? Think again! Lunds & Byerlys Pepper Jellies add just the right amount of spicy-sweetness to these fun cocktails:
Cranberry Bourbon Old Fashioned

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Lunds & Byerlys Cranberry Bourbon Pepper Jelly
- 2 ounces bourbon
- Ice
- 1 sugar cube
- 4-6 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 orange slice
Directions
- Combine Lunds & Byerlys Cranberry Bourbon Pepper Jelly, bourbon and a handful of ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add 1 sugar cube to the bottom of a lowball glass; add 4-6 dashes of Angostura bitters and muddle to combine.
- Add an orange slice to the glass and muddle together with the sugar/bitters mixture.
- Add a handful of ice to the glass. Strain the bourbon/pepper jelly mixture into the glass through a fine-mesh sieve. Stir to combine and serve.
Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Lunds & Byerlys Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly
- 2 ounces tequila
- Ice
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of ½ orange
Directions
- Combine Lunds & Byerlys Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly, tequila and a handful of ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add a handful of ice to a lowball glass. Strain tequila/pepper jelly mixture into the glass through a fine-mesh sieve. Top with the juice from 1 lime and half an
orange. Stir to combine and serve.
