5 ways to
serve vine-ripe tomatoes
Tomato season is finally here, and vine-ripe tomatoes are
arriving in stores now from our favorite local
farmers! Here are some of our favorite ways to serve them up:
- Caprese: You can keep it
simple and serve your caprese salad on a plate, drizzled with a little bit of
olive oil, or you can get creative. - Tomatoes
and Mozzarella with Balsamic Vinaigrette: A fresh salad that’s easy to
slice up and serve. - Seafood
Kabobs: Grill-ready kabobs made with your favorite seafood. - Tomato
Salad: Slice tomatoes and drizzle with Lunds
& Byerlys Olive Oil and Lunds & Byerlys Balsamic Vinegar. Sprinkle
with sea
salt to taste. - Tomato & Watermelon Summer Salad:
