Gin & Jam Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces Plymouth Gin
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon L&B Triple Berry Jam
  • Ice
  • 1 ½ ounces sparkling water
  • Thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Campari, lime juice, simple syrup and jam. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Shake until chilled through, about 30 seconds.

  2. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Double strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with the sparkling water.

  3. Garnish with a thyme sprig and enjoy!
