Blood Orange Sorbet Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup L&B Blood Orange Sorbet
  • 1 750ml bottle Piazza Grande Spumante Rosato Brut Sparkling Wine
  • Blood orange slices for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the sorbet on the counter for 10 minutes to allow it to soften.

  2. Put 3 tablespoons of blood orange sorbet in a champagne flute or wine glass and top with 5 ounces of sparkling wine.

  3. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.

  4. Repeat with the remaining cocktails. Enjoy!
