Quick & Easy Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 7- to 8-ounce pouch (approximately 1½ cups) organic ready-to-heat brown rice or whole grains
  • 2 teaspoons L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cup sliced avocado
  • ½ cup diced tomato
  • ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package instructions and divide between two bowls.

  2. Divide all remaining ingredients between the bowls and enjoy!
