Tomatillo Verde Turkey Burgers

  • 1 pound 93% ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Livia's Seasoning Salt
  • 7 Tablespoons L&B Tomatillo Verde Sauce divided
  • 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 4 St. Pierre Brioche Hamburger Buns
  • Vidalia onion sliced
  • tomato sliced
  • cheese sliced
  • lettuce


  1. Heat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Livia’s Seasoning salt, and 4 tablespoons L&B Tomatillo Verde Sauce. Form mixture into 4 flat patties. You can cook these right away or make up to 8 hours ahead and store covered in refrigerator.

  3. To make sauce, in a small bowl combine ½ cup mayo with 2-3 tablespoons L&B Tomatillo Verde Sauce. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use (may be made up to 1 day ahead).

  4. Grill or broil burgers until cooked through; about 10 minutes. If adding cheese, place slice of cheese on top of burgers for about 1-2 minutes or until melted.

  5. On bottom bun, spread approximately 1 tablespoon of sauce, place burger on top and top with additional toppings if desired. Place top of bun on burger. Serve warm and enjoy!
