Peach Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces light rum
  • 2 peaches, peeled and pitted (see directions below), or sub 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until combined. Pour into two glasses and serve.

Recipe Notes

To peel peaches, simply place whole peaches in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Remove, let cool slightly; skins will slip right off.
