Red Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 3 plums, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruits in a bowl. Top with lemon zest and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
