Brush turkey legs or thighs with butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, sage and/or poultry seasonings. Place in cooking bag (follow directions on box) or on square of heavy foil (double fold top and sides of foil). Place in pan in 350 F oven until tender (2-2 1/2 hours). Open bag or foil, brush with butter, return to oven, uncovered, 15-20 minutes (optional).
