Longevity Noodle Salmon Salad

  • 1 quart Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Longevity Noodle Salad
  • 1 pint Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Asian Marinated Vegetables
  • 1 pound Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Maple Soy Salmon
  • 1 1/2 cups Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Fried Wonton Strips
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds


  1. In large mixing bowl, combine noodle salad and marinated vegetables. Remove and discard skin from salmon. Break salmon into bite-sized chunks; gently stir into noodle salad mixture.
  2. Sprinkle wonton strips and sesame seeds over all.
