Beer Mustard Marinade

A great marinade for meat.
Servings 1 cup
Prep Time


  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


  1. Combine beer, green onions, vegetable oil,mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Recipe Notes

Allow 1/2 cup marinade per pound of meat. Pour part of marinade over meat. Marinate meat up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Refrigerate reserved marinade, covered. Brush on while grilling. Refrigerate in zipper closure food storage bags for ease in handling.
