Anti-Inflammatory Reboot Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1-2 tablespoons local honey
  • 1 lemon , juiced and strained
  • ½ lime , juiced and strained
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Divide all ingredients between 2 mugs. Stir and let steep for 5 minutes. Sip slowly in a quiet place to encourage peace and relaxation.
