Wilde Oscar

Playfully named after Irish poet and playwright Oscar Wilde, this dark, delightful twist on an Old Fashioned can also be made with original Guinness Draught.

Makes 1 drink
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 ½ ounces Bulleit Bourbon
1 ounce Guinness Extra Stout
½ ounce rich simple syrup
Dash of botanical bitters

Directions
1. Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass.
2. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with a large orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
