Turkey Hummus Avocado Sandwiches

Served on Ezekiel
sprouted-grain bread, this satisfying, flavorful sandwich has 22 grams of
protein!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Sprouted
    Ezekiel Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Cedar’s
    Organic Hommus
  • 1 teaspoon Annie’s
    Organic Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ medium
    avocado, sliced
  • 1 ½ ounce Metro Deli Oven
    Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 4 slices Honeycrisp
    apple, or apple of your choice
  • ½ cup alfalfa
    sprouts

Directions

  1. Toast the
    Ezekiel bread.

  2. Spread hummus
    on one piece of toast and mustard and avocado slices on the other piece of
    toast.

  3. Add remaining
    sandwich fixings and top with second piece of toast. Enjoy!
