Tiki Cocktails
Take a vacation from traditional drinks with a fun, fruity cocktail! Here are three of our go-to recipes:
Pineapple Mojito
Muddle the juice of 1 lime with 1 teaspoon sugar in the bottom of a glass. Add 3 mint leaves and 4 large chunks of pineapple; muddle again. Add ice and 2 ounces of white rum. Top with club soda.
Mai Tai
Combine 2 ounces Jamaican rum, ½ ounce curaçao, ¼ ounce orgeat syrup and ¼ ounce rock-candy syrup (simple syrup with a drop or two of vanilla extract) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the lime shell
and a sprig of fresh mint.
