How to send your ham over the top this holiday season
Start with a spiral-cut, bone-in ham.
Preheat oven to 325 F, put ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook ham according to the directions on the package, typically around 15-20 minutes per pound, basting every 20 minutes, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 135.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, spread Lunds & Byerlys Merlot Wine Jelly on top of the ham. Return to the oven and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes, basting once.
