Superfood Smoothie

Start the day on the
right foot with this refreshing smoothie! It’s packed with superfoods to help
you keep going all morning long.


  • 3 ice cubes
  • ½ cup Lifeway Organic
    Whole Milk Plain Kefir
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Lunds
    & Byerlys Goji Berries
  • 1 scoop/serving Full
    Circle Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons hemp
  • 1 tablespoon maca
  • 1 tablespoon
    ground flax seed
  • ½ cup organic
    frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup organic
    frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup baby
    kale, loosely packed (can substitute chopped regular kale)


Add ingredients in
the order listed and blend until smooth.
