Summer dessert: Watermelon Cake

This light,
refreshing cake hits the spot on the hottest days of summer!

Start by cutting
the ends off the watermelon. Then, standing it on one end, slice the green rind
off so you’re left with just the center of the watermelon.

Pat your melon dry
with a paper towel, then cover the whole thing with a layer of Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with Lunds
& Byerlys Granola
and top with fresh berries.
