- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, generous
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 3 tablespoons dry gin
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- 5 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
- Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water, to top off
- Long strip of grapefruit peel for garnish
Pour the first 5 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake, then double-strain into a chilled glass.
Gently top off with the tonic water using a bar spoon.
Garnish with a long strip of grapefruit peel and a mint sprig to serve.
