Smokehouse Chicken Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 cups spinach, lightly packed
- 3 cups L&B Rotisserie Chicken, pulled or chopped
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 medium apple with skin on, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Add L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing.
Toss together and serve.
