Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, lightly packed
  • 3 cups L&B Rotisserie Chicken, pulled or chopped
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium apple with skin on, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing

Directions

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. Add L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing.

  3. Toss together and serve.
