Shrimp with Mango Salsa
These fresh appetizer bites will have everyone talking! Here’s what you need:
- Lunds & Byerlys All-Natural Cooked Shrimp, available in our seafood department
- Red onion
- Lime juice
Cut the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and set aside. To make the mango salsa, first cut the mango into small cubes Then, finely chop the red onion and jalapeño, remembering to remove the seeds and ribs of the pepper if you want things less spicy. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a bit of chopped cilantro for garnish.
Serve the shrimp in individual ceramic Japanese soup spoons, topped with the salsa. Delicious with a Torrontés, an Argentine white wine.
