Savory Roasted Cherries with Brie and Baguette

Start by pitting and
halving your cherries, then combine them with a splash of olive oil and
Lunds & Byerlys Balsamic Vinegar. Add a handful of fresh rosemary and
season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast for 12 minutes at 400 F.
Place a bit of Brie
on each slice of baguette and top with the cherry mixture to serve. Pairs well
with a sweet summer red wine like Grenache.
