Rotisserie Turkey Remix: Turkey Enchilada Skillet
With a little help from Our Deli Rotisserie Bone-in Turkey, you can have this delicious Turkey Enchilada Skillet on the table in about half an hour!
Start by shredding the turkey meat. In a skillet, layer your favorite enchilada sauce, corn tortillas and Lunds & Byerlys Tangy Tomatillo Verde Salsa. Top with the shredded turkey and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes to brown the cheese. Top with sour cream, cilantro and jalapeños.
