Rotisserie Chicken Remix: Smokehouse Chicken Salad

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
3 cups spinach, lightly packed

4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 medium apple with skin on, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing
- Mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Pour 3/4 cup L&B Smokehouse Cider Dressing.
- Toss together and serve.
