Rotisserie Chicken Remix: Pesto Chicken Sandwiches
Pick up a rotisserie
chicken from our deli tonight and make these fantastic chicken pesto
sandwiches in less than half an hour!
Heat your oven to 425 F. While it’s warming, shred the rotisserie
chicken and mix it with your favorite pesto. Slice a ciabatta roll in half and
layer chicken, tomato slices and mozzarella on the bottom half. Place the top
half of the roll on the pan, cut-side up. Cook in the oven for about 10
minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and the roll is toasted.
