Rotisserie Chicken Remix: Chicken Philly Sandwiches
Pick up a rotisserie chicken from our deli and some hoagie buns from our bakery and make easy Chicken Philly Sandwiches for dinner tonight!
Start by turning on your broiler. While it’s heating, shred the chicken and slice 1 green pepper and 1 large onion into strips.
Sauté the pepper and onion in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium high heat for 10-15 minutes. Add the shredded chicken and heat for 2 minutes.
Top sliced hoagie buns with the meat and vegetable mixture and top with 1½ slices of provolone. Broil until the cheese is melted, watching closely so you don’t burn the bread.
