Rotisserie chicken remix: Chicken Marsala
This savory chicken dish looks impressive, but only takes minutes to make.
Pick up a rotisserie chicken from our deli (get it for only $6 on Fridays!), shred the meat and set aside. Next, slice up some mushrooms; in a medium skillet, pan fry them in one tablespoon of olive oil until cooked through.
Add Stonewall Kitchen Chicken Marsala Simmering Sauce to the pan, along with the shredded chicken. Heat until warm. Serve with your choice of pasta and top with chopped parsley.
