Red Fruit Salad
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 3 plums, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Combine all the fruits in a bowl. Top with lemon zest and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
