- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- cup ½chopped pecans, toasted
- Barbecue Slaw
- 1 quart Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Creamy Cole Slaw
- cup ½diced red onion
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lunds and Byerlys Barbecue seasoning
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, diced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Apple-Grape Slaw
- 1 quart Lunds or Byerly’s Deli Creamy Cole Slaw
- cup ½diced red onion
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lunds and Byerlys Island Breeze seasoning
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored, diced
- 1 cup halved green grapes
Directions
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredient; toss to coat. Let stand 5-10 minutes for flavors to blend.
