Broiled Mahi Mahi


Mahi Mahi is a magnificent firm-fleshed fish, found in the warmer waters of both the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. Broiling is a quick and easy way to prepare a mouth-watering Mahi Mahi dinner.


  1. Simply place the fillet on a well-oiled broiling pan and brush with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle paprika on both sides of the Mahi Mahi, then place the pan about four inches below the broiler.
  2. Broil the Mahi Mahi ten minutes per inch of thickness, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
  3. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
