Ramen noodles 5 ways
Ramen is a favorite of college students – or anyone looking for a quick, inexpensive meal. But take those curly noodles, add some Lunds & Byerlys spices plus some delicious add-ins, and you can create your own gourmet ramen bowls in minutes!
Here are five ideas to get you started:
1. Bacon Bloody Mary Ramen
Bring 1½ cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 1 package ramen noodles plus 1 teaspoon Lunds &
Byerlys Bloody Mary Seasoning; cook according to package directions. After noodles are cooked, top with cooked bacon, a soft-boiled egg and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spicy Shrimp Ramen
Bring 1½ cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add fresh corn and raw peeled shrimp plus 1 teaspoon Lunds & Byerlys Trail Dust Seasoning. Cook until the shrimp is pink. Add 1 package ramen noodles and cook according to package directions. Top with sliced jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Chicken Vegetable Ramen
Bring 1½ cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add chopped carrots and peas plus 1 teaspoon Lunds & Byerlys Et Cetera All-Purpose Seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Add chopped cooked chicken and 1 package ramen noodles; cook according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Korean Pork Ramen
In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and red pepper;
sauté until tender. Add 1½ cups water plus 1 teaspoon Lunds & Byerlys Signature Kalbi Seasoning and bring to a boil. Add sliced cooked pork and 1 package ramen noodles; cook according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spinach Mushroom Ramen

and crimini mushrooms and sauté until tender. Add 1½ cups water plus 1 teaspoon Lunds & Byerlys Wild Rice Seasoning and bring to a boil. Add fresh spinach and 1 package ramen noodles; cook according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
