- 4 ounces light rum
- 2 peaches, peeled and pitted (see directions below), or sub 2 cups frozen peaches
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3 cups ice
Blend all ingredients until combined. Pour into two glasses and serve.
To peel peaches, simply place whole peaches in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Remove, let cool slightly; skins will slip right off.
