Parmesan 'N Artichoke Hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- dash garlic powder
- dash Beau Monde seasoning
- crackers or bread rounds
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, artichoke hearts, garlic powder and Beau Monde seasoning. Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole.
- Bake until mixture is bubbly (about 20 minutes). Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
