Parmesan 'N Artichoke Hearts


2 cups


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash Beau Monde seasoning
  • crackers or bread rounds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, artichoke hearts, garlic powder and Beau Monde seasoning. Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole.
  3. Bake until mixture is bubbly (about 20 minutes). Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
