One-pan supper: Smoked Wild Rice Sausage with Fall Veggies

Looking for an easy
meal to put on the menu after all the holiday craziness has passed? This sweet
and savory supper can be on the table in about an hour – and it only uses one
pan for easy cleanup!

Start by heating
your oven to 425 F. In a greased pan, add diced sweet potatoes, cubed butternut
squash and halved Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt
and pepper to taste. Toss to coat. Cook for 30 minutes. Add Lunds & Byerlys
Smoked Wild Rice Sausage with Cheddar Cheese, cook for an additional 15 minutes
and serve.
